Our story

My journey into virtual assistance didn’t start here—but it’s exactly where I was meant to be.

For years, I worked in traditional “bricks and sticks” businesses, gaining hands-on experience in administration, organization, and the day-to-day operations that keep things running. I’ve always been someone who thrives behind the scenes—keeping things structured, efficient, and on track.

Due to a disability, I had to step away from that environment, which completely shifted the direction of my career. But instead of stepping back, I chose to pivot. I took the experience, skills, and work ethic I built over the years and created something new—PrimeCare Virtual Services.

Now, I support healthcare professionals and busy business owners remotely, providing the same level of organization, reliability, and care I’ve always brought to my work. This business isn’t just what I do—it’s a reflection of my resilience, my adaptability, and my commitment to helping others succeed while doing work that truly fits my life.
